nCino has a strong mission, vision, and set of core values, which are embedded into every facet of the organization. nCino truly lives its values and as a result, has a culture that is unique from any other company I've ever worked for. The CEO and entire Executive Team truly care about their employees and by taking care of them, know that will translate into employees taking care of our customers. It is an extremely collaborative environment and everyone works super hard, supports one another, and also knows how to have fun. The people are what truly make this Company great!

Cons

As with any successful, high-growth company, there are a certain amount of growing pains and things to work through as we continue to scale. I've enjoyed working for this company. It is growing very quickly so managers do not have a lot of time to foster training and growth, but overall a great company to work for.
