      Pros

      - Decent way to build your resume to apply for other jobs. - Good benefits.

      Cons

      - People come in 45 minutes late everyday and management does nothing to correct this. - Low starting pay, very rare to get a promotion within the department. - The career ladder within the Support department is vaguely defined so no one knows what it really takes to get a raise. - More experienced Support Engineers do significantly more work than most of the departments.

      Pros

      Fun place to work when you have the right team in place, a lot of talented, passionate individuals.

      Cons

      Still learning to be a global company, employee cost cutting initiatives in full effect and repeatedly being rolled out without any transparency nor long-term planning, a lot of surprises that are large-scale and staggering - i.e. major benefits slashes, "quiet" lay-offs, etc.
