      Pros

      Best hiring process I have ever experienced. Best on-boarding and induction experience with time given to learn and experience the company. Most supportive group of individuals and this company doesn't just talk about it's culture, it really has a diverse and inclusive one that makes you feel like you have joined a family rather than a company. No 1 Cloud Banking Provider Globally and it is easy to see why when you are part of it.

      If you are looking to work in a really dynamic environment, with an incredible culture, then nCino is the right place for you!! Especially in the last 12 months it has made such a difference being supported every single day by such a talented pools of individuals. No micro management , which come with associated responsibilities, which to me is a great assets. Fast pace growing company with tons of opportunity to grow as a professional and learn about the industry and the specificities of different markets.

      Cons

      Definitely not a cons for me personally. But you need to be able to walk on your own feet and to be able to make your own calls/business judgement.
