Pros
It is not uncommon for the CEO will walk around office and thank people for their hard work. Freedom to come up with ideas and execute those ideas. Each employee can be their self and still fit in.
Cons
nCino can be scary for people who like to hide or wait to be told what to do next. Another con could be that nCino is not a place for people who want to get lost/forgotten in a corporate environment and who don’t want to have a lot of responsibility. Since this is a fast paced company, another con would be having to learn every day and share the knowledge with your team. Constantly learning can be too much work for some people, and they should stay away from nCino if that’s the case..
