The most driven and talent group of people I've ever had the pleasure of working with. As a Support Engineer prepare to dip your toes into everything Salesforce. Solving problems and troubleshooting something new everyday makes the days fly by. I've been here 4 months and have yet to encounter the same problem or puzzle twice. It's great to work in an environment where you can shoot your boss with a nerf gun and then spend 2 hours figuring out custom workflow logic with him. Very collaborative environment.

Great atmosphere. Good People. Solid work expectations and time allotment. High tech meeting rooms and workstations. Stand up desks for everyone. Open floor plan with enough privacy to be comfortable. Great location in Mayfair. Everyone has nerf guns.

Cons

The pool table pockets are not regulation size.

nCino is a company that stresses the importance of employee happiness. Flexible Schedule. Incredible Benefits. Game room. Amazing work environment. Plenty of options for moving up in the company. There are honestly too many perks to list.

Cons

I am only typing in this box because it is making me. From day 1 this has been an amazing place to work. I have yet to come across a downside.
