Great company, brilliant people that truly embody the 6 core values - everyone is supported, respected, and challenged in a motivating way. The company is on a very promising growth trajectory, and being in the London office is the best of both worlds of small, dynamic startup culture supported by a bigger infrastructure and brand name. There's lot to learn from very driven yet genuinely nice people from different backgrounds and experience who will not hesitate to help out. Lots of great work to do still!

Cons

Nothing material - hoping the culture and camaraderie survives through the rapid growth!

The culture at nCino is incredible! It is amazing how they have been able to permeate the Work Hard but have fun & respect each other in the process ethos into every corner of the company, from North Carolina to London. It feels like we all have the same goal and are pulling in the same direction, with everyone being more than willing to help regardless of their role or title.

Cons

As the job is quite challenging, sometimes you find yourself completely absorbed and working late, while traveling, etc. (although the company doesn't expect you to do so). Great if that is what drives you, but it's not for everyone.

Pros

- Love coming into work every day. The team in EMEA is great and the office is a really fun place to be. - Work is engaging and I get to wear many hats. - It's been said a million times here but the culture really is amazing. - Anyone in the company can really make a difference to the product in some way, even if they're not in the Product Development team. - Work life balance is good. As with any job there may be deadlines where you might stay longer than you'd like, but having a keg in the office means you can grab a beer, and suddenly it doesn't feel so bad.

Cons

- The team is still growing, so there's a lot for everyone to do, but this ties into my wearing many hats point earlier.
