At nCino, I am valued as an employee, team member, community member, and family member. nCino values my ideas, work, and contributions to our product, processes and our culture and environment. My direct manager and upper management know me by name, they know about my family and the things that are important to me and they value those just as much as they value the work I do here at nCino. I literally wake up each morning, look at my calendar for the day, browse my inbox and look forward to heading in early to get started on the tasks, projects and meetings I have for the day. I love coming to nCino every day. I love my teammates, colleagues, managers, executive leaders. I love this town and this beautiful building I get to work in every day. I have been working for 20 years and this is the very best, most fun, most rewarding job I have ever had.
Cons
We have so many perks working here at nCino. The only request I have is around needing more and larger meeting space. We are growing so fast and our team is getting bigger by the week. We are having a hard time keeping pace with the amount of physical space needed for meetings.
