Great opportunity and experience to be part of a team that delivers excellent service and performance to all its customers. The executive team, COO and CEO truly care for their employees. Very challenging but rewarding opportunity. Great pleasure to work with the best minds in the industry.

Cons

Small company, mostly male. Decisions are mandated and not explained. Little to no regard for staff. Changes made that would affect you without input or notice. Low salary compared to the competitive market.

A lot of change and always looking for new enervated ways to improve production. Not afraid to spend money on new technology and training.

Cons

Working with a difficult resident partner. Not a lot of support from the corporate office. A lot of hours even during slow season.
