Pros

I have the opportunity to be expose to multiple facilities and learn the application of the amazing model that nGroup hold , providing true partnership thru integrity to their client . nGroup also refer to its clients as a partner and pursue to become a trusted advisor , they treat employee in the same way. The executive team is very smart people and helpful to each other.

From day one this company made me feel comfortable and treated me like family, from HR to upper management welcomed me with open arms.Ngroup is always looking for ways to help their employees grow professionally with additional training and excellent mentoring opening opportunities for advancement within the company.

nGROUP offered me great opportunities to grow both personally and professionally. The management provided me clear expectations and defined goals and help me achieve these goals

Cons

I was wanting to move back closer to family and there were no positions available at nGROUP in that area.
