I'm glad that I'm no longer there.

Cons

This company is led by some of the worst corporate leadership I've ever seen in an organization. They are a catalyst for using illegal immigrants and abusing mistreating them because they KNOW that they don't understand their rights. This is a rogue operation m at its best. I would RUN from this type of place.

Pros

Nothing that can really be outlined here other than providing employment to for non English speakers.

Cons

Only hire Spanish speakers. Lack of basic compensation and all about profit. That drives only hiring low paid foreigners and unethical hiring practices. Poor insurance package. No retirement package such as 401k. No paid holidays. Work almost all holidays. No premium holiday pay. Virtually no benefits.
