Cons

Horrible culture, forget work life balance, no recognition. Old white men club, stuck up in 50’s era. Unless you’re in sales or part of the club you don’t matter.

work with some of the smartest people in the industry. Work with latest laser technology.

Cons

Management tends to lose directional focus. Every urgent action is caused by last minute Sales needs. No planning other than to fill orders. Pay is below average. Benefits are average with stock purchase program. Salary positions also get RSU grants.
