Pros

The only pro from them is their spacious break room in their Camas location is top tier. It was the old Sharp back in the 90s. The semi-annual bonus program is okay.

Cons

I had a coworker constantly micromanaging me which was the reason why I left. Very low pay. No promises on getting promoted or going up the career path. The 12-hour shifts and getting up at 4 am 3-4 days a week are pretty rough.

Pros

The benefits are okay nothing special. Otherwise there’s nothing really positive about working here.

Cons

RUN.... Where do I start? Based off of my experience working here I would say it was miserable, out of all my jobs that I’ve had which is like 8 this would be the worst place I’ve worked at. Unprofessional, and disrespectful. Last minute changes without you knowing, will treat you like a high schooler, literally it seemed like a high school project. The manager was not involved in the team, team lead has a Napoleon complex, talks down to you and treats you like a kid. No training material learn as you go and have to do everything their way otherwise it’s wrong even if there is another way of doing it that’s more effective. No work/life balance.

Pros

+Most lower level people are friendly +Fun challenges to solve +Semi-Flexible schedule/location (wfh) with certain positions

Cons

-Bad pay -more senior and higher-ups downplay and gaslight your abilities -Only way to get promoted is to work on a "High-Visibility" program regardless of what else you do -Refusal to change/update their processes
