Business Outlook
Pros
Leadership’s desire to work with employees and ensure everyone has a place even when things change. Really cool projects with really cool technology. At nLIGHT, you actually work on technology that impacts the world. The people are awesome. Some of them aren’t, obviously, but the vast majority are. HR works hard to make sure people feel valued and heard.
Cons
There are cons with every company, but I found in my time at nLIGHT that many people who left came back and re-applied because they realized the grass is always greener.
