Pros
Majority of the people are nice. Depending on what department you're put in, work can actually be enjoyable.
Cons
My entire last year or so with the company. Was taken out of the department I worked in and told that I was going to be put in a brand new department...which never panned out. Basically floated around until I was put in a whole nother department that I tried my damndest to avoid applying for/transferring to because I KNEW I wasn't going to be good at it. Only reason I didn't say no outright because I felt it was either that or no job. Sure enough, I wasn't good at it. I asked to transfer out as other departments HAD openings, but was told no, I couldn't just voluntarily transfer even if it wasn't working out...I also suspect the sup of the new department didn't like me, but *shrugs* Sure enough, I was fired because there were too many mistakes...which, again, I knew was going to happen.
