      Pros

      Nothing is cooler than laser technology. There are a lot of talented people at the company, and many managers are dedicated to helping employees learn and succeed.

      Cons

      Poor upper management, which is even more unfortunate because the company is so top heavy. The culture is somewhat passive-aggressive. Below average pay.

      Bullying, double standards depending on what country you come from. You will have to work a lot of overtime. You will get little recognition for your work. Will break you down until you quit. You are under paid and will have no direction for the tasks that are required for this job. It has a quit culture that is driving employees out.
