Poor Management - Run Away!

Pros

Free lunch on Wednesdays Nice office in downtown New York A product that works.

Cons

Condescending upper management. CEO plays favorites and won't listen to anyone other than them. Poor employee morale. Changes to variable compensation at end of month/quarter to benefit nTop at the expense of the employee.

Pros

nTopology is the next generation of software empowering engineers to make transformative products in ways not previously possible. Customers rave about the software. I'm surrounded by really smart people who are passionate about what we're building. This is definitely an exciting place to be with a really big opportunity in front of us as we surprise and delight engineers with what's now possible.

Cons

nTop is a startup and has some of the growing pains that come with a fast-growing earlier-stage company. This is not likely the place where someone with a "keeping the lights on" approach will be successful. If you're smart, hungry, and a good problem solver, this is an exciting (and challenging) place where you can shine.
