Remote; interesting technology; diverse customer portfolio; brilliant engineers; supportive coworkers; actually revolutionary software.

Cons

Don’t work for marketing, sales, dev ops, or HR at this company. No transparency with c-level managements. No PIP plans or warnings of layoffs. At will termination employer. Does not have set growth plan for sales; scaled too quickly and now laying off people from other departments just to invest in more sales people (with the same number of leads and just splits accounts even further) while also vocalizing to existing sales members that the layoffs are their fault for not hitting quotas.
