      An alright place to start a career

      Pros

      Out Standing High Production Environment. Lots to learn and see and do. Great experience gained. Reasonable Benefits.

      Cons

      Low pay. Low merit increases. Not able to influence bonus outcome (dependant on site performance). No want to develop the current talent. Not a long-term fit.

      Pros

      Not really any. Could have been a great start up but he CEO let it go to her head. Its a copy and paste of Pentair (Which isn't great).

      Cons

      The CEO has openly said people who don't embrace an in office policy "aren't a good fit" while they can't fill in office positions or factory positions. It is so tone deaf.
