Pros

Pay is ok and so are the benefits. Every month or so they buy us safety meals like Texas Roadhouse and food trucks help to ease the pain

Cons

Schedule is crazy and always changing without being compensated for shift changes. The people I work with are underhanded and you will have tire tracks across your back if your not careful. The chemicals are bad to breathe or to come in contact with and being short staffed ,now we need to be on weekend call every few weeks also the compensation for on call doesn’t add up
