      Inadequate Leadership, Poor Management

      Pros

      This place is a haven for workaholics! You'll be swamped with tasks from day one till the day you bid farewell to the company.

      Cons

      My experience was marred by poor management and an incompetent manager. Despite the company's promising vision, the lack of effective leadership and guidance hindered any potential for growth or success. - Lacked clear communication and vision. - Failed to provide regular feedback or coaching. (When you provided feedback, the manager will reply, "Maybe you are not fit for this job and should consider finding another one?") - Made unrealistic expectations and targets with minimal resources. - The manager's manager showed favoritism and bias toward the manager. - Was unapproachable and unresponsive to concerns. - Inefficient processes and procedures. - Unclear roles and responsibilities. (Essentially, everything was your responsibility, even though there were over 100 emails and only one person to handle them.) - No opportunities for growth or professional development. - High turnover rate due to poor management.
