Healthcare benefits are greatly to reflect the below market average compensation

Cons

Senior leadership's poor motivational strategies, poor lean management, and their amnesia on basic business fundamentals. One is expected to produce more with less and not ask for resources; no successful will be good enough either. When post mortem conversations occur one is quickly gas lighted and strung along. Outdated system from the 1980s which provides no true analytics. Poor training leads to sites fending for themselves and relying on tribal knowledge.

Professional team, pleasant activity, stability and seriousness.

Cons

Hiring is done very easily, which is not good, people come and go, then they are reprimanded, and so on.
