There are no pros to working at this company.

Cons

Worst work place environment sub-par conditions little to no building maintenance and with very little housekeeping. Management doesn't have a clue how how to run a lean manufacturing plant. No accountability or continuity and poor excuse of a training program. The plant is only geared to run efficiently for 1st shift not an off shift. This a nickel and dime plant no work life balance 6 days straight and their raises are only a quarter.

There’s no real expectations. It’s hard to get fired. Yearly tool allowance of $400

Cons

The pay is low. Not much room to move up without a degree. They boast their record setting profits but pay raises are below the rate of inflation.
