Quality Manager had no understanding of how quality is implemented in a manufacturing setting and ended up destroying his quality team within 6 month from his hire date. No accountability for management No structure from management Unrealistic expectations

Dirty, noisy and lack of training Quality treated as a joke. Production supervisors overrule operator concerns and ignore quality assurance.
