      Depends on what are you looking for, moderate level of stress, some flexibility.

      Pros

      Moderate level of stress. Flexibility for some jobs. There can be future career opportunities.

      Cons

      Salary level and benefits are not at good level. Quite high personnel rotation at blue collar especially and it takes a long time until replacements are found.
