Good hours, Good cap pay, poor raises every year

Cons

management is terrible. Hr looks out only for themselves. Took away every incentive to work there. No bonuses, pension, no christmas bonuses, no profit sharing. They give themselves bonuses and pay raises every year and workers are left over with scrap. 40 cent raises every year no joke.
