Cons

Quality Manager had no understanding of how quality is implemented in a manufacturing setting and ended up destroying his quality team within 6 month from his hire date. No accountability for management No structure from management Unrealistic expectations

Many great things but need to train managers

Pros

Benefits are alright. They have a lot of diversity programs but could do better. Flexible hours and hybrid working in corporate which is nice.

Cons

Management tends to be hot or cold with no real direction. Can get praise and next moment feel like being reprimanded for something you were told to put on the back burner. Say you should have work life balance but workload is too high to ever accomplish that. Need more pto to be competitive

Pros

decent advancement opportunities but not a lot of incentive to take them because they do not pay increase very much.

Cons

Boys club mentality within operations. The CEO is female but the individual divisions are all male-run and have little to no diversity.
