You´ll work mostly home-office and you will get your payment punctually every month.

Cons

Poor managers at every level with many years or their whole life working in the company, without strategy for the long-term, too much pressure to sell without support and neither resources in all matters: people, marketing, financial risks... You'll be really alone on the field. It seems, managers want to sell the company and get its bonus for it. Sales are going down and down and keeping the profitability, how? pushing the workers.

the people who work here are great

Cons

management will tell you that they care, and send videos about how much this company loves its employees, but in reality, you are nothing but a number. this department has been moved several times, from the UK to Germany, and now to Poland, and probably next will be Romania. Why? because it is cheaper for them to hire people in those countries than it is to honor what they say about caring for their employees. so just know that for 2 years its all good, then be prepared.

Middle management is horrible. Take decisions without any information to top management. Sometimes uses company money for personal benefits and monetary gains. Top management is really clueless about it. No career path you will be stuck in same position for years
