Pros
Great pay, great office location (Pre covid times!) well fed, well looked after in terms of peripherals and toys.
Cons
A shocking workload meaning 12 hours a day and being on call on phone when away from PC, this could be solved with better staffing. Internal promotion is difficult, usually senior positions are given to external candidates.
