Pros
Pay and raises have been good. Bonus is spotty but sometimes good. Interesting technologies and markets. Potential for lots of growth in several markets.
Cons
Upper management does not seem to listen or know what they have. Their decisions paint one solution or action across all types of situations, some where it is not a good fit. Many employees are trained to execute an action register blindly without thinking about the meaning or smartly adapting to exceptions.
