      Flexible on attendance. Co-workers are great and very helpful in tasks.

      Cons

      Conformality is unyielding and innovations had very high resistance. R&D and PI seemed to be at odds.

      possibility to go to conferences working on interresting products Good methodology possibility to get trainings Factory is close to the train station compagny car

      Cons

      no salary increase since 4 years! fab is slow and overloaded limited access to bibliography tool for R&D are not the most efficient ever
