Progressive working environment (at least in my experience) Pretty good compensation Wide range of other benefits Thriving site of a big multi-national company located in a rather small town Nice offices

Cons

Some colleagues are ill-tempered Chaos in projects and systems sometimes

Pros

Comfortable and less stressful environment, work load is okay, colleagues are overall okay. The best things are contractual bonus prorated into monthly pay, and stock purchase program with 15 discounted price eligible after probation.

Cons

Low salary increment even if you can perform well, force leave (usually during year end) in economy down time and retrenchment is possible. And the office environment is quite dull as not much youngster in the company and so not much interactive during work or any activity after work.
