Nice had working people wanting to get ahead in life
Cons
They do nothing for the employee, poor management and direction. When they let you go they tell you you can collect unemployment. They give you a severance package two days before the 30 day mark so that you can not collect unemployment. The problem is the lump sum is taxed as a bonus in your one on one when they sit you down they say you can collect unemployment. True only if you wait 6 months of using your severance which they don't tell. You will find out the hard way with unemployment. This company does not have the employees best interest in mind and the CEO makes horrible decisions. Don't work there.
