      Pros

      Hybrid flexibility for work life balance. Global locations opens relocation possibility. Diret management was always engadged and supportive.

      Cons

      Constant changes in vision and direction. Middle Management will give priority one changes at the drop of a hat just because of a conversation with a vp in the hallway.

      1. No guidance from management 2. Management will make you do a lot of fire drills by EoD and then turns out you don’t need it 3. Doing things outside of your job description and being told you need to do it “because I’m the boss” from manager 4. Lowest team moral you will ever see 5. No process of any kind therefore
