      Pros

      you can meet a lot of great people at Onsemi now(maybe not in the future) lots of decent old engineers with great experience and working attitude.

      Cons

      the management team is young and very financially based. everything is for a higher margin. Lots of unnecessary lay off, I guess they would screw this great company very soon. Another Intel...Sad...

      Pros

      Company has seen some growth since new management and CEO have taken over. There could be some good opportunities however it is unclear what they will be.

      Cons

      Profit from all divisions seem to be redistributed to the new company focus (SiC) instead of reinvested in the businesses that generated it. Future of various BUs is still uncertain even after almost 2 years of new management. Communication from executives down is virtually nonexistent.
