      Legacy ibm employees are good to work with.

      Cons

      Everything onsemi brings to the table. Senior executives are toxic and gas lighting employees. Raises are consistently below inflation. Bonuses are canceled for workers but maintained for executives. CEO is a clueless dictator trying to be a billionaire playboy with his own racing team but has no idea how to run a semiconductor company.
