      Pros

      Some great team members still exist. You're lucky if you can work with at least one.

      Cons

      We see so many people carrying the load let go as the mid-to-upper-management increases. Some of our teams have been cut down to one person through attrition and RIFs ... but the workload has exploded. Unfavorable news and shareholder suits are embarrassing.

      Nothing. Liars and unjust treatment, they legit allow racism and sexism.

      Cons

      Allowed physical altercations and allowed the N word to be thrown around. They allow supervisors to steal time and money. Making their products cost so much.

      Mandated processes along with their poor execution has caused talent to flee. Unable to support customers as in years past. It's coming back to bite.
