      Gym and breaks are nice

      Cons

      the pay is low for one, if u ask for better pay they tell u to work overtime but at the same time take away overtime so you cant earn more money. More then half the managers there lie to you and will keep you in the dark about everything they can. They will loses money on bad projects that won't work then punish there employees for it so they can deflect the blame.

      The tools are automated, you can enroll in their tuition reimbursement program for college, and the 3 or 4 days off are always nice.

      Cons

      12-hour shifts, 3 or 4 days a week. So much drama, favoritism, and nepotism. You would have to have personal connections through upper management

      onsemi is going through a transformation that is providing employees a greater opportunity to grow and be a part of leading technology. The best thing about the company is the people. Smart, diverse, respectful and welcoming.

      No cons really. All companies have employees who are adverse to change. The changes at onsemi are definitely for the better and are positioning the company to positively impact the world.
