Worked for many years with good people. Lots of interesting and rewarding products to work on and customers to work with.

Cons

The new executive staff drove off all the previous staff and started hacking and cutting with no regard for the people, the projects, or even the customers. They preach ethics, pay for performance, and teamwork, but don't care about anyone but themselves, expect world class performance for below average pay, and want everything not only done now but all in parallel. Processes, tools, designs, and products should be developed at the same time, in record time, and with zero mistakes.
