      Pros

      Great people to work with. Feel like you can be long term friends outside of work with coworkers. Inclusive environment.

      Cons

      As equipment technician, there is a good-ol-boy relationship among the older crew (quite a few 15+ year employees). Lot of old machines to maintain and tribal knowledge to fix that is challenging in itself.
