Discriminatory Undercurrents: The comment seemed to undermine my experience at a well-respected company and gave the impression of discriminatory intent, questioning my skills based on a perceived bias rather than assessing my qualifications. Poor Interview Experience: The overall experience left me with concerns about the company’s culture. If this is how candidates are treated during the hiring process, I worry that employees may face similar challenges in the workplace.
