      Pros

      HR is very nice. Manager is nice too and also well organized. Colleagues are smart, hard-working and with a sense of humor. I learn a lot from the team.

      Cons

      Semiconductor companies are going down during these years. Hope ON will survive and continue growth.

      very competent colleagues, good atmosphere, people willing to help each other out, multicultural, decent salaries, possible to discuss with managers, focus on qualiity

      Cons

      though innovation is considered important by the BU's, what makes ON really tick is 'to do cheaper what others have already done before'. tendency to grow more through acquisition then via organic growth of existing BU's or broadening existing teams
