      Pros

      Very stable and management manages costs well to keep the business working in good and bad economic climates. There is more than enough work to do and there is always a challenge and new project to work on.

      Cons

      The company is very large and has grown by acquisitions so the business units are at times disconnected. Another con would be that things tend to move slowly in a large company. Sometimes the company culture tends to be more carrot and stick driven, but I see signs of improvement in this area.
