      The team of employees is truly one of the best aspects of the company—collaborative, supportive, and generally great to work with. While the majority of coworkers are wonderful, there are a few exceptions that contribute to workplace stress.

      Cons

      However, the management leaves much to be desired. There’s a noticeable lack of respect and empathy from leadership, and decisions are often made without consideration for employee well-being or input. Unfortunately, this creates a toxic environment that overshadows the otherwise positive interactions among most colleagues.
