      Pros

      Temp to hire. Finally hiring people with experience direct! My direct manager showed appreciation, for my work and valued me as an employee, and my experience of 28 years in the industry.

      Cons

      Upper Managers do not appreciate their employees! It is shown in how they communicate or do not. Employees are treated like numbers not humans. Huge turn over Engineers, to technicians, last but not the least operators, the highest I have experience in 28 years in Electronic Industry!

      Good people, great shift work, lots of time off, cafe for day shift at least. Plenty of tools to learn,

      Expect a lot of change. Cost cutting gets in the way at times. Supervisors can be hit and miss.
