      Pros

      Global company allows for travel and movement. ON is open to allow you to transfer to other divisions/countries

      Cons

      Large company, run VERY lean...very quick to reduce staff and spending to keep the bottom line.

      Pros

      The people, including first level managers, are great. There are plenty of opportunities for outdoor adventure. The benefits are reasonable, and you can try your hand at many different parts of the ASIC design flow.

      Cons

      It's a public company that makes decisions based on quarterly financials rather than long term planning. They would rather buy/hire talent than develop it internally. Very little outside training. Still using older methodologies.
