      Good enviroment, interesting projects but might get cancelled

      Pros

      Good atmosphere, young people. Different interesting projects going on. Seniors teach and spread knowledge via trainings or presentations. (if they are allowed to spend time on it by high managment) Good benefits.

      Cons

      Some projects get cancelled before finishing, might be frustrating.
