      *most management very approachable *friendly people *teams and cross collaboration were always willing to help

      *Some silos of overlapping roles due to lack of communication. *Odd culture with old blood. Stuff has happened but not sure what it was. *small company that got big time, but still thinking small. (they are slowly changing)
