      Lots of company events. Nice people. A good office space. Interesting work.

      Cons

      Not much cons. They seemed to be facing some economic issues at the time. But it might have been more for the parent company and not the Waterloo office.

      Very stable job. Average salary for location. Company offer many benefits like one week vacation extra. bridge days and so on.

      Cons

      Teams in company uses mainly waterfall method of developing. Jira has not involved yet. There is slow progress in seek new technologies and procedures.
