Good working environment. Privileged to have great colleagues and mentors.

Cons

Came to a point that I was too familiar with the job and there was limited growth paths should I continue my tenure. Corporate is too focused on manufacturing excellence and sometimes the project is politicised to release at manufacturing half baked. Compared to other companies I would say R&D needs focus.
