      Pros

      Some of the people that I worked with were true and honest. Everyone seemed to be struggling with enormous amount of work and little support from superiors.

      Cons

      Benefits are cut drastically. HR does not support employees. Staff cuts are too drastic. Can not trust what management or HR is stating.

      Management is easy to talk to. Salaries are fair, especially given the fact we live in a low cost area of the country.

      Cons

      They "have" you because they're the only semiconductor game in town, and most people don't want to move away.
